OUR MISSION
Petfood production results in high CO2 emission because of the use of traditional sources of protein: chicken, duck, lamb and so on. Meanwhile producing of insect protein results in 2 times less CO2 emission than producing of chicken meal.
So, we believe, that replacing chicken and other proteins to insect protein we reduce carbon footprint in petfood.
Taking into account that the production volume of petfood is 8,5 bln of metric tons in 2020, and chicken meal content is about 10%, and 1 kg of chicken meal results in 25 kg of greenhouse emission, we get enormous 2 bln tons of greenhouse emissions in 2020 just because of chicken!
Replacing at least 1% of chicken to insect protein will lead to saving 20 mln tons of CO2 emissions!
This is the equivalent of saving 55 000 hectares of forests or 46 mln of barrels of oil consumed

Insects are hypoallergenic for dogs and cats!
Rich in Aminoacids
Insect protein is rich with essential aminoacids: Lysine (supports immune system, regulating cellular metabolism), Methionine and Cysteine (required for normal growth), Tyrosine and Phenilalanine (incorporated into key regulatory hormones), Leucine and Isoleucine (influences protein synthesis and muscle deposition) and others. The contents of aminoacids is higher that meat and some fish.
Rich in Lauric Acid
Lauric acid has an antibacterial, antimicrobial and antifungal effect
No hormones or antibiotics
Insects do not require any hormones or antibiotics while growing. Insect protein is 100% hormones and antibiotics free!
Insects are highly digestible
